According to Kelvin Odanz with a Twitter handle @MrOdanz, there is a church in his neighborhood which is well known for disturbing the peace of the residence with their constant notice. All efforts was made to keep the church members in order failed until when a neighboring wealthy man purchased the building and sent all members packing.
