Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala makes first appearance at office as WTO Director-General

Nigerian born Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala a 66-year-old woman resumes office today, March 1st, 2021, as the first woman and first African to become the WTO Director-General. She made history on 15th February 2021 when the General Council appointed her to the WTO Director-General position.
