The Former Chairman of Transparency International Nigeria, Maj.-Gen. Ishola Williams (retd.) has disclosed during the Punch interview he had on the 14th of March 2021, how the South-West governors are not transparent on how they spend security votes and also failed to call for restructuring because they are afraid of President Buhari.
