The young lady is identified as Precious Teya 26, told the court that she never knew the teenage boy is a minor. According to her she met the boy on an adult dating site who got this mature body and height, which no one can suspect he was a minor.

Precious's lawyer,  Moses Nyatsoma further stated  that the prosecution failed to provide conclusive proof of the boy’s age despite they requested for it
