Man who was wrongfully jailed for 23 years as been rewarded with N205 Million.

The Black American citizen identified as, Curtis Flowers is set to be handsomely rewarded after he was wrongfully jailed for murder he never committed in 1997.

Mississippi State ordered to pay Curtis the sum of  $500,000 (N205m) in damages  for arresting him wrongfully. Curtis was jailed in January 1997 and released around December 2019 which made it 23 years he served in jail.
